Kalmar Construction is proud to announce our collaboration with the Tahltan First Nations for the significant renovation and mold remediation of 10 housing units located in Dease Lake and Telegraph Creek. Scheduled to begin in May, this project reflects our ongoing commitment to improving living conditions within remote Indigenous communities.

The renovations will encompass comprehensive upgrades aimed at enhancing energy efficiency, addressing mold issues, and ensuring compliance with the latest building codes. Specific improvements include kitchen and bathroom renovations, roof repairs, window and door replacements, and general structural repairs to mitigate water damage and mold.

Given the remote location of Telegraph Creek and Dease Lake, Kalmar Construction is dedicated to delivering these upgrades effectively, ensuring each renovated home meets high standards of comfort, safety, and durability. We look forward to working closely with the Tahltan Band and contributing positively to the community's well-being.
